Architecture Decision Records (ADRs) are becoming essential for AI systems. They capture the architecturally significant choices that shape model behaviour, risk posture and compliance. By providing a clear, auditable trail of why key decisions were made, ADRs strengthen accountability and give regulators (and organisations) the transparency needed to justify AI system design.
